1. Construction/Expansion of:
- Paediatrics Ward
- Resources Center
- Construction of Staff Quarters both for the Hospital and Ndolage School of Nursing.
- To continue renovating the Hospital and staff buildings
2. To establish Ndolage Medical Store and Drug Revolving Fund.
3. To mobilize and sensitize the community within the Hospital catchment area regarding the importance of having Community Based Health Fund.
4. To improve Eye care services:
- To boost Eye care services in the society by providing mobile clinic services twice every week in the villages and various centers.
- To increase cataract operations by visiting different hospitals in this region; 200 operations per year targeted
- To seek means possible for getting mobile clinic, vehicle for eye department.
- To increase production of eye drops and manufacturing of spectacles.
